Runners Returns

The Couriers Returns tab allows you to receive the returned shipments from couriers. You can review and confirm the returns through three main types: shipments marked as Undelivered via the mobile application, Exchange (One for One) shipments, or shipments recorded as Partial Return.

Step One: Accessing the Screen Screenshot

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Go to Operations.
  3. Select Runners Returns.

Step Two: Reviewing Returns

  1. Select the required runner from the list.

  2. Click on the Runner Shipments button to view the returned shipments.

    • The shipments that were not delivered and previously recorded in the Not Delivered screen will appear.
    • Also, the shipments returned through Package for Package or Partial Delivery will appear.
  3. After selecting the shipment to be reviewed, click on Create Return Waybill to confirm the return process.

After selecting the runner and clicking on the Runner Shipments button:

All returned shipments related to the selected runner will appear.

These shipments include:

  • Shipments that were not delivered: which are the shipments whose status was previously recorded by the runner as Not Delivered and also appear in the Not Delivered screen.

Note:

  • This screen helps the operations employee ensure the accuracy of the returns and verify them against what the runner actually returned.
