The Call Center or Call Center Planning screen is used to manage customer service agents’ tasks in an organized and efficient way.

The Current Calls screen displays all shipments that were assigned to the user through the Call Center Planning screen. These shipments appear here so that the customer service agent can begin working on them.
📄️ Call Center Inquiry
The Call Center Inquiry screen allows the customer service agent to easily search and filter call records based on the information they need.

📄️ Customer Service
The Customer Service screen displays customer complaints submitted through the portal. Once an Operations or Customer Service employee accesses this screen, all shipments with submitted complaints appear in front of them.
📄️ Customer Requests
The Customer Requests screen is used to view and manage requests created by customers, such as complaints, suggestions, or other types of requests through the Customer Portal.
📄️ Shipment Notes
The Shipment Notes screen allows customer service agents to add and manage notes related to specific shipments.
