When a courier cannot deliver a shipment to the final customer, it is important to document the reason for failure accurately. For this purpose, the "Failed Delivery Reasons" screen was created, where you can define all possible reasons for failure, and the courier can select the one that matches the situation they faced.

To manage failed delivery reasons, go to: Settings → Failed Delivery Reasons.
