Request Receiving
The Request Receiving screen is used to review the pickup requests that have been collected by the courier from the client and returned to the branch. Through this screen, the branch or operations employee can verify the actual number of shipments received compared to the number originally recorded in the system.
Screen Concept
When the branch or operations staff access this screen, they will see all pickup requests received from couriers.
They can review each request and confirm the correct number by entering the actual shipment quantity in the designated field, as shown in the image below:

Purpose of the Screen
This screen ensures data accuracy by matching the actual number of shipments received with the number registered in the system, reducing potential errors during the branch receiving process.
